تفاءلنا كثيراً بحضور الكوتش البرتغالي سيرجيو باولو مارسينيرو دا كونسيساو، وحذرناه من المشاركة في موسم الهبد. وطالبناه بقراءة تاريخ البطل، والوقوف عند قصص الغدر التي تعرض لها هذا العميد، ومعرفة منافسيه، والتفريق بين أعدائه ومحبيه. وكتابة سيناريو يتوافق مع هيبة الأبطال وسيرتهم وإرثهم.

كونسيساو الذي دخل عالم التدريب في عام 2012 ليس حديث عهد بالبطولات، بل قاد خمس فرق في الدوري البرتغالي الممتاز، وحقق رقماً قياسياً في عدد المباريات كمدرب لبورتو، حيث فاز بـ11 لقباً، بما في ذلك ثلاثة ألقاب دوري، وثنائية قبل مغادرته في يونيو 2024، وانضم إلى ميلان في ديسمبر من ذلك العام، قبل أن ينتقل إلى شارع الصحافة بمدينة النمور ليشرف على تدريب الاتحاد.

كونسيساو يا سادة النقاد لا يملك عصاً سحرية حتى وإن كان الفريق الموسم الماضي (مكوش) على الذهب. لكن يعاب على هذا البرتغالي الفلسفة في التدوير والاختيار والتكتيك المطلوب لكل مناسبة. ربما بغية الوقوف على النسخة الأخيرة الثابتة للفريق. ولم يدرك أن هناك نزالات لها طابع مختلف من الحساسية والتنافسية والتحدي تحتم عليك دخولها بكل ما تملك من قوة وعتاد، ولا مجال للتجارب ولا وسيلة لكسبها بغير الروح والقتالية واختيار كتيبة الموت من المحاربين الصفوة، للحفاظ على هيبة الفريق البطل. صحيح أن مدرب النمور نجح في تحقيق عدد من الانتصارات، إقليمياً، لكنه ما زال يعاني الإخفاق في المواجهات المحلية.

ولا يختلف اثنان على أن هناك فرقاً بين الخبير كونسيساو، وماتياس يايسله، في كل شيء، حيث لا يملك المدرب الألماني الشاب مسيرة كبيرة في عالم التدريب.. لكنه نجح في الهروب من مواجهة اعترف بصعوبتها. الوقت يا مدرج الذهب ما زال مبكراً ليتلافى البرتغالي المغامر الأخطاء وتذليل الصعاب فنياً. بينما إدارياً يحتاج العميد إلى قرارات جريئة وموقف حازم تجاه العديد من العراقيل والألغام التي يزرعها الملونون والمنتفعون والجهلاء وأعداء النجاح لتعطيل مسيرة البطل وتحجيم هيبته وإحباط جمهوره. ولا خيار أمام المسيرين والتنفيذيين في النادي سوى التركيز على التصدي للعقبات والحفاظ على مكتسبات العميد، وانتزاع حقوقه أو الاستعداد لتسليم المفتاح.
